Speaking & Consulting
The talk your audience has been waiting for.
Caitlin Bath brings a completely new framework to women's finance — one built on structural reality, not self-help. For organisations ready to move past the conversation and into action.
About Caitlin
Not another finance expert.
Caitlin Bath didn't come from money. She started as a Kmart checkout operator at fifteen, built her first investment portfolio by twenty-one, and went on to survive divorce, depression and serious financial pressure — then rebuilt anyway.
She is the author of She's Giving Wealth and the founder of the SGW movement — a platform reframing women's relationship with money not as a discipline problem, but a design problem.
She is also the founder and director of Hamewith, a recruitment and workplace consulting firm. She brings two decades of experience across real estate, legal, sales leadership and executive search to the room.
Caitlin does not do motivational speeches. She gives audiences the framework, the language, and the data to understand why things are the way they are — and what actually needs to change.
Speaking Topics
Six keynotes. One conversation that's long overdue.
Every topic is available as a keynote, a panel contribution, a workshop, or a media segment. All content is tailored to your audience and event context.
The flagship. Why the financial system was not designed for women — and what that means for the 2.3 million Australian women who have been told the gap is their fault. A complete reframe of the gender wealth conversation for any audience.
Most financial advice assumes a linear career. Women's lives are not linear. The Wealth Seasons framework maps the financial reality of disruption, reclamation, rebuilding and expansion — and shows what support women actually need at each stage.
Who you are with money is shaped long before you open a bank account. This session introduces the Eight Wealth Archetypes — the financial identities that determine how women earn, spend, save and protect — and how understanding yours changes everything.
Women people-please with banks, landlords, employers and energy providers under financial stress. This session names the nervous system pattern that drives economic self-abandonment — and gives women the language to interrupt it. Highly requested for financial services audiences.
Australian women contribute $427 billion in unpaid labour every year. None of it appears in the official numbers. This session examines the economics of the invisible workload — and what organisations must do differently if they are serious about closing the gap.
What the finance industry calls imposter syndrome, Caitlin calls Exclusion Recognition — the accurate perception of a system that was not built to include you. This session reframes self-doubt as data, and gives organisations a new lens for understanding why women opt out.
"If working harder were the path to wealth, women would already be the richest demographic on the planet."
— Caitlin Bath, She's Giving Wealth
